Can you embroider on my prepurchased item? TOP
YES! I can add names and designs to just about any item. Personalization starts at $8 per item and is based on the size of the monogram rather than the number of letters. Most projects range between $8 and $12. Email us with any questions! What thread color choices do you have? TOP
With over 50 thread colors (and counting) it would be impossible to keep the color chart updated. Please be descriptive in your color selection (for example, instead of pink, please note hot pink, pastel pink, mauve, fuscia, etc). We have every color plus metallic gold and metallic silver. When will my order be shipped? TOP
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive as these items are custom made to order. All custom orders are typically shipped out within approximately 5-10 business days after payment and all of the necessary personalization information is received. Since all of our products are custom made to order, returns cannot be accepted. However, if your item was not made correctly to your specifications, or if you find a flaw in your item, please contact us via email and we will gladly replace it.
